RETURNS: We will be happy to exchange or refund any item returned within 30 days in new condition. If you have a problem with any of our products please let us know and we will try to satisfy you.
COPYRIGHTS: Almost everything in our catalog was designed exclusively for The Feathered Horse and is copyrighted. The artwork can be used only with prior permission, please notify us with any requests. We will be happy to share the name of the artists with you if you would like to have something custom done.
SHIPPING: Items in stock are shipped within 24 hours. If we are out of stock of an item you will be informed at the time the order is placed and you will be given an approximate ship date. Please remember that most of our items are not mass produced and are generally made one at a time. You will never be charged for anything until it is shipped.
WEBSITE: Our website has the catalog items available for viewing. You can order through the website, print out an order form and either fax or mail it. From time to time we will be adding new items to the site, that might not be in the catalog. You will be able to see them on our new items page on our web site.
